Research

Overview

My research focuses on the integration of Palestinians into historical discourses of science, technology and society. I examine agricultural and industrial development as an avenue for Arab participation in the scientific sphere, investigating claims of epistemic authority and geopolitical jurisdiction.

I extend this framework to investigate current situations in Palestine, including the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Ultimately, my research contributes to broader conversations regarding modern modes of governance, particularly those in post-colonial studies and transnational studies.
